Issue with opening Microsoft Help (.hlp) files

This History section of the CD (under the heading of Miri - The Oil Town, contains a file miri.hlp in which contains the complete text and pictures of the booklet "The Miri Story" published by Sarawak Shell Berhad and provided in the CD with Shell's permission.
Our Destination Miri CD has a link from the screen to the left (the icon of the booklet "The Miri Story") that triggers the .hlp file and allows the user to then browse through the file making use of all the Windows Help features.
The latest versions of Microsoft Windows does not support this feature any longer as noted on the Microsoft Support website : "On computers that are running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Server 2008 R2, you may be unable to open Help files (.hlp) that require the Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe). This article contains information about how to download the Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) that helps you fix this problem. "
Microsoft have provided a fix but will need you to download and install the appropriate files on your pc depending on the operating system you use. Here is the link to the appropriate Microsoft Support Website:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607
Please follow the instructions provided on the website. Once you have installed the appropriate WinHlp32.exe file, you should be able to open up the miri.hlp file we have provided on the CD. However, the hyperlink from the screen above will still not work.
You will need to open the file directly from the CD. We regret this but it is unfortunately outside our control. We will plan to make sure this is fixed when we next update our CD.
The location of the miri.hlp file on the CD is:
miri\history\miri.hlp
